Job Description:

  • The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a fresh addition to our Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) division and focuses on creating, implementing, and spreading cutting-edge digital products globally to boost the growth of our brands.

THE JOB:

  • We are in search of a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team dedicated to enhancing our sophisticated Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • As a Business Analyst, your role will be pivotal in shaping the backend software infrastructure of our CDP to ensure smooth data processing and management.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a business analyst or data professional.
  • Previous involvement in projects dealing with business and technical requirements for Customer Data Platforms across various countries and brands.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Thorough understanding of data management principles, data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, data modeling, mapping, and database concepts.
  • Proficient in creating detailed documentation such as requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Strong attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and workflows.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team daily to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for the Customer Data Platform development.
  • Work closely with different divisions and brands to define scopes for product development.
  • Lead documentation efforts by creating clear and comprehensive requirement documents.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in project planning sessions to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Contribute to optimizing data-related processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
