The role

  • To develop and implement accountable commercial plans and actions to deliver sales targets and capitalize on commercial growth opportunities within of Iberia, achieving company objectives.
  • Development of key metrics and tracking to measure performance.
  • Delivery, ownership, and accountability of Commercial P&L to deliver short and midterm results.
  • Management and personal development of team.
  • Key role in decisionmaking of the Local leadership team and delivering overall P&L performance

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in business administration, economics, marketing, business management or related field (preferable master's degree)
  • Proven track record experience in operating Sales and Marketing Management in Construction/Building area in particular region including recruitment, budgets, customer service, planning, and submitting reports.
  • High level experience in regular work with the partners and agents of the business.
  • Very good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience living abroad is advantageous
  • Experience in finance management and sales, marketing fields strongly preferred.
  • Has experience in driving change.
  • Knowledge and contacts with key construction distributors / contractors
