As the Director of Sales Excellence and Strategy you will drive sales performance by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, processes, tools, and methodologies.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive a highperformance sales culture across the sales org
- Support performance and commission management
- Develop sales growth strategies whilst working in tandem with the marketing and CRM team
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitor and price benchmarking
- Track targets, build forecasts and work on hiring quotas
- Collaborate with the RevOps team to ensure Sales CRM and tools are designed effectively and working smoothly
- Collaborate with the Global Data team to ensure the right dashboarding and availability of quality data to make business decisions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, to collaborate on sales enablement initiatives
- Develop and maintain a sales enablement library
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership about the status of the sales organisation and progress towards reaching sales goals
- Establish relationships with sales teams to provide ongoing support
- Ensure all sales practices remain compliant
You'll be great for this role if
- You have 8+ years of related experience with a minimum of 4 years experience in sales management, sales enablement and sales effectiveness
- You have a strong understanding of sales enablement best practices
- You have Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire the sales teams
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement and effective strategies and programs
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and crossfunctional teams
- You have strong analytical and data skills to analyze sales data and enablement metrics to make datadriven decisions (Excel and modeling skills to build forecasts or commission plans would be considered a plus)
- You have prior experience with sales enablement tools and CRMs (experience with Salesforce would be considered a plus)
- Prior exposure to SME or retail sales would be considered a plus
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- You are proficient in English
