Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Merchant Payment Products for the different customer segments with end-to-end responsibility for the product, creating the long-term vision to evolve the current offer proposition while ensuring deep integration with Sabre solutions.
  • Own and lead the strategy with the partner providers linked to the managed products and ensure alignment with other product propositions.
  • Act as product expert supporting advanced solutions from customers.
  • Work with other product teams to define the payment portfolio's evolution and future vision based on market problems and needs.

What will you achieve?You will have full ownership and accountability to define the long-term vision of the Merchant Payments Products and work with a team of product managers to define features, prioritize them, and deliver the Travel Merchant Payments roadmap,Interact with other Sabre Product leaders to ensure the best possible dialogue for the Sabre Merchant Payments product.

Work closely with external best-in-class providers to ensure we use their collaboration best.

You will work with other product leaders t to define an offer vision that disrupts the current travel payments market based on customer, commercial, operations, and partner feedback, market trends, and our strategic thinking.

Must-Have Skills:
Expert in similar rolesExpert in Merchant Payments.
Travel Industry experienceProduct Management experienceSeniority to manage and coordinate internal and external teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and customers – including at C Level.
Exceptional communication abilitySystem thinking, technical acumen, storytelling, and story mapping.
Ability to perform business systems analysis; explain and document complex requirements in a clear, concise manner.
Strategic and Analytical thinking with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasksPositive attitude, willing to learn and step out of the comfort zone.
Experience working with agile/scrums development teams.

Nice to Have Skills:
Understanding the GDSs and PSS dynamics.
Understanding of the Airlines and Travel Agencies dynamics.
