We need a technical learning professional with exceptional experience in learning design and content development to analyze our business requirements and provide tailored solutions for new product implementations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints to define relevant learning objectives and propose effective products.
- Design customized curricula with a focus on UI, accessibility & DEI standards, and optimal delivery methods.
- Develop top-notch learning products seamlessly integrated into workflows, utilizing authoring tools, API integration, and JavaScript.
- Continuously assess and improve solutions based on quality, scalability, and business impact.
- Use data-driven insights to measure successes and areas for enhancement, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with tech, operations, and field teams globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expertise in instructional design with experience in advanced technical features.
- Proven track record of designing impactful learning products.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
- Fundamental programming and coding skills, including JavaScript.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in eLearning project planning and execution.
- Abilities in data analytics to measure outcomes and improve strategies.
- Skills to mentor and share knowledge with team members.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for inclusive learning.
- Success in cross-functional team environments with multiple projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree in fields like Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or distribution settings.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and design tools.
- Experience in gamification and immersive learning environments.
- Expertise in emerging technologies like AI, chatbots, AR/VR.
