Job Title: Revenue & Reservations Intern
What We Are Looking For:
- Engaged hospitality student eager to kickstart their career in revenue & reservations.
- Opportunity to learn and contribute at various levels of responsibility within a supportive team.
- Intern will report to the Director of Revenue and assist in implementing strategies and enhancing guest service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Revenue Management strategies and assist in various administrative tasks.
- Monitor competitive pricing and develop promotions to optimize revenue.
- Implement Revenue Management standards and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in forecasting and analyze market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with reservations, front office, and sales teams for effective communication.
- Handle general reservations inquiries and maintain customer database.
- Build customer relationships and provide top-notch service.
- Required Skills: organizational, multitasking, hotel property management systems.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills, 5-star hotel experience, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish.

- 6-month full-time internship with daily lunch break and weekends off.
