You, the
Business Support Analyst in Logistic will be leading force in our warehouse logistics, to help shape the processes to implement customer orders both internally and externally and to fulfill domestic and international shipping, thus playing an essential role in the supply chain for our customers.
office in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, the main responsibilities are:
- Responsibility for the areas of incoming goods, warehouse and shipping for
Order Processing:
Order Management (purchases/invoicing), Backlog management.
- Establish and expand the organization of the logistics chain( reception and shipment of merchandise, and Management of incidents
- Accounting/DMS support
- During the first year, being involved in the implementation of a new ERP and process manage
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in logistics, import & export, 3PL management, i.e. with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations.
- Ability to work in fastpaced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.

Como
Analista de soporte comercial en Logística estará basado en nuestra logística de almacén, para ayudar a dar forma a los procesos para implementar los pedidos de los clientes tanto interna como externamente, y para cumplir con los envíos nacionales e internacionales, desempeñando así un papel esencial en la cadena de suministro de nuestros clientes.
Este especialista apoyará las operaciones logísticas en la organización de España y Portugal, incluida la gestión de almacenes, inventario y envíos, para garantizar el crecimiento del país, y estará basado en nuestra
oficina en Madrid, España.
En este rol, un día típico será así:
- Responsabilidad de las áreas de entrada de mercancías, almacén y envíos para Procesamiento de Pedidos: Gestión de Pedidos (compras/facturación), y Gestión de Backlog.
- Establecer y ampliar la organización de la cadena logística (recepción y envío de mercancías, y gestión de incidencias y apoyo al negocio).
