About the role :
Your mission will be to generate and encourage a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment to motivate the teams to produce their best work and be happy to come to work every day.
Your role will be to set up your teams for success, helping them grow in all directions (from development to communication, mentoring, leadership, productivity, etc.) while ensuring they achieve their short-term objectives and long-term goals.
In this role, you will be instrumental in growing your area where your impact extends beyond your teams to the larger organization.
What you'll do :
Be a culture advocate within the company living by our core valuesBe a technical and people leader accountable for the success of your teamsGuide the direction and delivery of systems that meaningfully improve the integrity of your area of influenceManage a team of engineering managers and help grow the craft and careers of individual engineersBuild connections across functions and across the company and continually improve the health and collaboration of the organizationDesign,
plan and implement suitable team topologies into your domain for fast flowDevelops and deploys new strategies for building a high-performance organization in line with our emerging customer needsProduces and manages engineering metrics in your domainDesign your teams with the right expertise working on the hiring plan with the CTO/VPOwns the OKR setting and review process for teams under your oversight.
