Description

This position is responsible for coordinating, organizing and processing all the Concierge/Reception tasks such as check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.

Required Qualifications

  • English and Spanish required.
  • 12 years of technical experience.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato fijo discontinuo

Salario:
A partir de 1.550,00€ al mes

Horario:

  • Turno de 8 horas

Posibilidad de trasladarse/mudarse:

Marbella, Málaga:
Desplazarse al trabajo sin problemas o planificar mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)

Experiência:

  • Limpieza: 1 año (Deseable)
