MSX IBERIA is looking for a Trainer (Automotive) to join their team in Barcelona or Madrid.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Attend Train the Trainers sessions to stay updated on market trends.
• Develop training guides and materials.
• Create training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, practical exercises) for in-person, remote, and streaming courses.
• Deliver both in-person and online training.
• Develop and implement training programs on digital processes and tools for the sales team.
• Design training materials such as presentations, guides, and manuals tailored to the team's specific needs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for the sales staff, both individually and in groups.
• Continuously assess the team's training needs and update programs accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the sales management team to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities related to digital processes and tools.

Madrid, Spain

We are looking for you if you:

• Have a moderate level of English proficiency.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
• Good understanding of sales/aftersales in the automotive industry.
• Preferably have experience using tools for training development and management: Articulate 360, Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Suite, LMS, Mobile Training Apps, Interactive Whiteboards, OBS, or similar tools.
• Consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
