Workday Information Systems Specialist Summary Are you ready to take HR technology to the next level? As a Workday Information Systems Specialist, you will drive innovation within our People & Culture (P&C) team by leveraging your deep understanding of employee experience.
Your role will involve proposing new ways of working, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing business insights through analytical tools and KPIs.
You will ensure data quality for key stakeholders, develop new business processes, and maintain compliance with data privacy and local regulations.
In this role you will: Gather, analyse, and prioritize technology user requirements, developing demand business cases and managing demand management relationships.
Drive HRIS projects while meeting quality, cost, and time objectives.Contribute to the HR community on HRIS topics, including KPIs, process/group tools, and database management.
Define the vision for the future HR Information System and develop policies aligned with the Corporate HRIS strategic plan.
Lead the global analytics framework and reporting strategy, including annual reporting and compliance reporting.
Manage data quality initiatives, from KPI identification to problem-solving and support.
Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Support Business Process Management (BPM) implementation and HR Service Delivery process optimization.
About you:
You hold a degree in engineering, business, finance, HR, or a related field.
Have at least 3 years of experience in HR technology management and project management support.
Proficiency in WORKDAY, with experience in HCM and other modules preferred.
You have an analytical mindset and strong experience with HR KPIs.
You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a good understanding of integration logic.
You demonstrate a passion for innovation and a drive for continuous improvement.
