Your New Role
You will provide support to Digital Sales Manager for back office commercial processes to ensure the high-level excellence in our front office activities in Digital, and responsible for the implementation trade marketing plans for a portfolio of digital new releases, Business Analyst, contributing to meet annual Revenue and Contribution budgets.
Your Role Accountabilities
Digital Sales & Trade Support:
- Responsible/Superuser for the "Salesforce system" including the development and coordination of the project with the Int'l team.
- Digital Planner responsible (Salesforce) and main contact with Int'l team: Local metadata, set all client avails and windows, rights, repricings, promotions & new projects.
- In liaison with Marketing and Sales, work in Salesforce and with international contacts, in the ongoing definition and implementation of the digital pricing policy by product category, service, platform, etc
SAP/EBP
- Managing and maintenance of SHCs and POs for Digital and in general for all EH vendors
- New Vendors Creation in SPARC
- Manage TOPS for all material requests and EC assets in all our local digital customers with the coordination of Tech Ops team and follow up with clients.
- Ensure that all systems (i.e. Salesforce, iTunes connect, Google Portal, Amazon PV etc.) are fed so that product correctly arrives and is properly displayed in customers.
- Creation of the Release Schedule to share it within our local divisions (Theatrical, TV, Finance, Ops, etc).
- General support to the Sales Manager for Digital Accounts
Digital Trade Marketing Support:
- Implementation of the trade marketing plan for each title on platforms
- Work closely with Sales Manager to develop and implement adhoc plans for key customers.
- Ensure that all WBIE Spain marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand and property guidelines on platforms.
- Implement catalogue campaigns in key customers: collections, etc.
- Collaborate in the implementation of cross divisional opportunities, working closely with other Marketing teams of the organization.
Business Analyst:
- Point of Contact for anything Business Planning and/or Insight & Analytics
- Planning: Control of Video First Available Street Dates for all releases (TNR/MFV/DTV )
- Analysis: Reports and insights to understand general tendencies of the market (formats, segments,) as well as WB titles performance.
- Digital Market:
- Analysing all our clients and releases to understand what works in each account and, if possible, replicate in the rest of them
- Video Analysis with POS for our clients to understand the reality of the market
- Digital Account Reviews: Review of the accounts and their performance prioritized with the Sales Manager depending on when there are negotiations with each one of them, when the overages are due, etc.
- Forecast, Lifecycle product, revenue data and trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree with at least a first experience in Sales/Sales analyst/Digital trade marketing
- A fluent level of English and a very good level with Excel and PowerPoint are necessary
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry is strongly recommended
- A strong interest for cinema/TV series/Pop culture is also recommended
