Barcelona Distribution Center Transport Coordinator
Barcelona DC is one of the key distribution centers at Coty, where we ship products globally. We are currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to bring precision and expertise to the management, planning, and execution of our demanding local and international shipping operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Barcelona Transport system, including coordination, control, and carrier management.
- Oversee shipping processes from start to finish, focusing on enhancing efficiency.
Main Focus:
- Transport planning, execution & follow-up globally.
- Coordination with DC operations for optimal loading efficiency.
- Collaboration with Control Tower Carrier management.
- Coordination with GTM organizations to meet transport requirements.
- Control and monitoring of transport costs.
- Support Transport RCCP Process Definition and lead transportation projects.
- Conduct Transport Coordination meetings and resolve issues.
- Utilize various transport management systems.

- Industrial engineering degree with interest in Supply Chain.

- Experience in transport execution management and KPI reporting.
