Site Communications Business Partner (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Seville.

As a new
Site Communications Business Partner at Airbus Defence and Space in Seville, you will be in charge of the following key targets and duties which are driven by hereafter purpose:


  • _Local on-site expert for all communication-related matters _:

_Community relations and internal and external communications _

  • Build upon the Seville site storytelling, make sure to continiously progress site communications with an inspiring vision > enhance the motivation and Airbus business spirit across the site and all Airbus Defence and Space employees while ensuring external perception of the site according to the AD positioning narrative. _

Targets

Strengthen "One Airbus" on site level
Break silos between the different program lines and within them by connecting the dots to bring pupose, values and strategy of Airbus Defence and Space to life

Propel site transformation and empowerment with strategic communcations
Translate the AD Transformation and Strategy (site transformation) into tangible newsflow and activites on site level

Increase employee pride and loyalty
Connect and engange employees on site around site developments, animate dialogue

Bring Airbus brand to life by connecting and engaging with external stakeholders and communities
Drive media relations, community engagement, work with local associations and politics
-
Serve as ambassador for Labor/Social Relations Communications
Introduce communications as natural antagonist in social dialogue on site level

Animate dialogue on site development
Create dialogue on site development and future setup
-
Serve as trusted advisor for the site manager

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Design and align the local communications plan for Defence and Space site in Seville
  • Represent Airbus and Communications in local internal/external commitees
  • Lead the execution of Airbus / divisional communications plan
  • Drives the efficient collaboration with and provides sitespecific knowledge to the wider communications organization
  • Project Leader to ensure onbrief execution of the project or action with the other areas in the Communications Team (Creative Core)
  • Collaborates with the Events & Exhibitions team for the planning and execution of local events
  • Planning and execution of local activities such as sponsorships, donations and partnership projects
  • Monitor and evaluate news and media coverage on site level
  • Ensure efficient and appropriate use of e.g. local social media accounts if existent
  • Manage the crisis communications in site
  • Act as spokesperson
You will report to the GTL organisation as AD Communications department for site communications.

There will be technical reporting and key internal interactions with the Site Manager / Head of Country, Head of Site Development, both:
Head of Internal and External Communications of AD, National Communications Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • Marketing or Public Relations Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as Communications Business Partner in international enviroments
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Autonomous
  • Strategic thinking while able to act and implement quickly
  • Understanding of media and how to effectively manage topics in the media
  • Able to think 360 in communications e.g. ability to identify and manage all aspects of a topic across all communications disciplines including internal, external and community relations
  • Brand awareness
  • Excellent writing skills in local language as well as English
  • Connecting easily to different stakeholders across functions, divisions and externally
