Our technology covers a wide range of areas such as web, mobile, APIs, big data, machine learning, search, and physical point of sale and ticket scanning systems. Specifically for mobile, we have developed 4 apps, including Organizer and Attendee apps for both iOS and Android.
As an organization that prioritizes people, we foster a culture of inclusivity, mentorship, and continuous learning. Pair programming, weekly demos, tech talks, and hackathons are vital components in how we strengthen our team and product. We also connect with the community by organizing events with inspiring technical speakers and sharing key components of our stack as open-source software. Our engineering teams take full ownership of their services and systems, from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance. Team members participate in an on-call rotation to swiftly address any issues and resolve underlying causes.
The Role
The Skill Set:
- Over 15 years of experience in developing iOS/Android apps
- Profound understanding of Swift or Kotlin programming languages
- Knowledge of design patterns, mobile architectures, and industry software standards
- Familiarity with unidirectional data flow frameworks such as Redux or The Composable Architecture
- Experienced in leading large cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in Web Service, API, REST, and RPC
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Capacity to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to handle emerging risks when necessary
- Passion for quality and strong attention to detail
- Robust analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Proficiency in writing efficient concurrent code
- Skill in architecting UI features elegantly
- Familiarity with Automated testing
- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Background in distributed systems and large-scale systems
- Proficiency in Advanced English, both written and spoken
