As part of the Freshly Team, your main mission will be to assist customers, ensuring the store operates smoothly, managing the cash register and product inventory to meet Freshly's standards. Additionally, you will convey Freshly's philosophy, build relationships with customers, and provide them with an extraordinary shopping experience.

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL INCLUDE

  • Assisting and advising all store visitors to ensure their experience is as excellent as possible while ensuring the Freshly Store is open during established hours.
  • Familiarizing yourself with Freshly products, their key ingredients, and usage methods.
  • Identifying customer needs and, together with your team, matching those needs with the right products to achieve a personalized shopping experience and sale in each case.
  • Planning, adjusting, and ensuring the store's visual appeal.
  • Ensuring that products displayed in the store always meet Freshly's product standards, arranged from earliest to latest expiration dates, clean, and positioned according to approved visuals.
  • Ensuring all store materials and products are always in perfect condition, attractive for testing and purchasing, and maintaining the store in exceptional conditions.
  • Defining and reviewing the content of new visual signage at specific times for new launches.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior experience in store management and customer service.
  • Experience as a makeup artist is a plus.
  • Passion for personalized sales and customer interaction.
  • Native level of Spanish to communicate with Store customers.
