Funciones:

  • Asesoramiento personalizado a los clientes.
  • Consecución de los objetivos mensuales marcados en conjunto con el resto del equipo del punto de venta.
  • Control semanal del stock.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de eventos y talleres del punto de venta.
  • Seguimiento de ventas diario.
  • Manejo de las herramientas de fidelización y CRM del punto de venta.
  • Dedicación a la formación continua de cada marca presente en el punto de venta.

El candidato ideal cumple los siguientes requisitos:

  • Nivel alto de inglés y catalán, valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
  • Entusiasmo por el sector belleza y lujo.
  • Buenas dotes de comunicación.
  • Esfuerzo, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
  • Interés en el estudio y formación de las marcas con las que trabaja la empresa.
