Estamos buscando un Operario de Almacén responsable y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Será responsable de realizar tareas de recepción, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos y envío de mercancía, asegurando la correcta gestión de inventario y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar labores de carga y descarga de mercancía, asegurando la correcta manipulación y almacenamiento de los productos. Verificar la calidad y cantidad de los productos recibidos, asegurando que cumplan con las especificaciones establecidas y que estén debidamente etiquetados. Recolectar, ordenar y empaquetar los productos según los procedimientos establecidos, garantizando la precisión de los pedidos y la integridad de la mercancía. Mantener un registro actualizado del inventario, realizar conteos periódicos y colaborar en la identificación de necesidades de reposición. Organizar y mantener el almacén limpio, ordenado y seguro, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de salud y seguridad laboral. Colaborar con el equipo de Supply Chain en la preparación de pedidos para el envío, asegurando que los productos estén correctamente embalados y etiquetados. Comunicar y reportar cualquier anomalía, daño o pérdida de mercancía al supervisor inmediato, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos. Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, cumpliendo con las normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente. Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos y sugerir estrategias para optimizar la eficiencia y productividad del almacén.
Requisitos:
Educación secundaria completa o equivalente. Experiencia previa en un puesto similar en almacenes o logística es deseable y con el manejo de un ERP. Conocimiento básico de técnicas de almacenamiento y manejo de productos. Habilidades físicas para realizar levantamiento y movimiento de cargas. Buena capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Altos estándares de ética laboral y respeto por las normas de seguridad e higiene. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y turnos rotativos según las necesidades del almacén.
