About The Role:

As a member of our team of over 80 talented designers, the Website Designer will contribute to developing an intuitive, consistent, and impactful experience for our 700k monthly website visitors.

The Website Designer plays a crucial role in maintaining Qonto's brand image, Design System, and performance metrics. This position involves creating layouts and assets that align our design principles with optimization and conversion objectives, utilizing our advanced analytics tools to derive insights.

By blending expertise in UI/UX practices and creative asset design, you will work on a diverse platform that is responsive (mobile-focused), multicultural (spanning over 5 markets), and collaborative (interacting with various teams from Growth Engineers to Conversion & SEO specialists).

Responsibilities as a Website Designer at Qonto:

  • Deliver user-centric design: Create intuitive and scalable designs that prioritize usability and user experience
  • Enhance brand representation: Develop high-quality pages and visual elements to ensure a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain and improve the Design System: Contribute to the evolution and enrichment of our design framework
  • Drive continuous enhancement: Collaborate with the Growth & marketing team to analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvement strategies
  • Foster personal growth: Engage in design challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive guidance from your Manager (Roukaya) to elevate your skills and expertise
