Your job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible person who would like to join our Student Care team in Barcelona.

You will be responsible for our international markets and will be involved in the daily operations at Linguaschools headquarters, located in two inspiring buildings in the city center of Barcelona.


Your main responsibilities

  • Initiating, processing and managing student reservations
  • Face to face support for language school students
  • Maintaining relationships with national and international partners
  • General administrative tasks

Who you are
- (Near) Native level of French, German or Dutch (one minimum required)

  • High level of English
  • Speaking Spanish is an advantage
  • Responsible and independent work habit and a team player
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (word, outlook, access and excel)
  • Good communicative skills and stress resistance
  • Initiative, ability to multitask and to prioritize
  • Eye for detail
