STORE MANAGER para nuestra nueva tienda en Valencia, que quiera formar parte de un equipo dinámico, para un proyecto ambicioso en pleno proceso de crecimiento y expansión internacional.

Tus funciones principales serán:

  • Asesorar a nuestros clientes, ofreciéndoles consejos de interiorismo y/o producto según sus necesidades.
  • Ser embajador de la marca y cultura de Kave Home con todos nuestros clientes.
  • Desarrollar las acciones comerciales definidas en la estrategia de ventas de la empresa.
  • Ser proactivo en la promoción de la tienda e identificando oportunidades para potenciar la marca.
  • Llevar el control de stock de la tienda para que esté siempre actualizado y reposicionado según necesidades y productos marcados desde central.
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento y el buen estado de la tienda.
  • Garantizar el cumplimento de los criterios de calidad tanto a nível con el cliente, la gestión de la tienda y el producto.
  • Gestionar el equipo para organizar horarios de trabajo y responsabilidades en la tienda.
  • Motivar al equipo para crear un buen ambiente de trabajo y asegurar la consecución de los objetivos mensuales establecidos.
  • Auto superarte mes a mes para conseguir los objetivos establecidos.
Y sobre todo... pensar siempre en el CEX El Customer Experience es nuestra primera prioridad.

  • Tienes experiência mínima de 3 años como encargado/a de tienda en el sector o similar.
  • Eres un líder nato/a y tienes experiência gestionando equipos de manera óptima.
  • Tienes estudios de interiorismo y/o visual merchandising, o similar.
  • Dispones de buen nível de inglés.
  • Muestras una clara vocación al servicio al cliente.
  • Eres ambicioso y te gustan los retos continuos.
  • Eres una persona apasionada del mobiliario y la decoración, tienes criterio, mucha exigencia y sobre todo buen gusto
  • Estás al día en tendencias de interiorismo, ecommerce, moda, mobiliario o decoración.
  • Te gusta trabajar en equipo, con gente dinámica y formar parte un proyecto fresco y novedoso.
  • Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana y festivos.
  • Eres comprometido y con ganas de formar parte de una empresa muy dinámica y con proyectos nuevos cada semana para hacer
