You are fluent in English and Spanish (internally, we communicate exclusively in English); Nice to have You've worked as a top performer SDR in sales within the tech industry and HR or Finance ICPs.
You have a sales ability & drive to reach out to SMB companies in different ways and make them win customers.
The RoleAs an SDR, your role will be related to creating and enhancing new opportunities and deals via prospection channels.
On a typical day, you will... Try to convert outbound leads through the different prospection channels.Align with the growth team about the ICP's and prospects we should reach out to:
databases, events, tools, methodologies. Work alongside with AE's to convert deals into meetings and decrease sales cycle. Inject information and keep our CRM (Hubspot) clean.
Try to reactivate dormant or non-active deals.
Through analysis, make sure we understand the reasons behind closed-lost leads and create a feedback loop between the growth and sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.Achieve organizational goals, monthly quotas and objectives. Salary rangeThis role has atotal gross package of 20.000€ to 26.000€ (plus other benefits & perks).
