Are you seeking a chance to join a top-tier company? IQVIA is currently hiring for a role as Clinical Research Coordinator / Study Nurse at a site in Villamartin.

This part-time position is for 24 hours per week and is anticipated to last around 1 year.

The chosen candidate will be in charge of supporting a clinical research study and maintaining a safe study environment following health and safety policies, under the direction of the Principal Investigator.

As a key member of the site team, you will handle various administrative tasks to assist the clinical trial team and ensure its smooth operation. This includes:

  • Maintaining current study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, and other study documents
  • Performing ECG and vital signs
  • Planning and coordinating logistical activities for study procedures as per the protocol
  • Entering data, checking data quality, and addressing queries to ensure adherence to the study protocol
  • Assisting in study enrollment by recruiting, screening, and orienting volunteers
  • Handling study drug custody
  • Coordinating with study monitor and responding to questions
  • Ordering and managing study supplies

We are looking for candidates with:

  • BS/BA in life sciences or equivalent education/experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience in ECG and vital signs
  • Good understanding of clinical trials and departmental procedures
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong IT skills with MS Windows and Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
