Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Team Leader con las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Ser responsable de la formación del equipo de producción.
- Supervisar la calidad de las piezas, asegurando que no haya fallos.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con el departamento de calidad.
- Controlar las bajas en el equipo.
- Implementar procedimientos y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
- Experiencia en producción automotriz.
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación y capacidad de adaptación a cambios en el ritmo y la carga de trabajo.
- Capacidad para asumir responsabilidades frente a los resultados de la línea de producción.
- Se valora positivamente poseer carnet de carretillas.
Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 a 15:00. Posibilidad de adaptarse a turnos rotativos según la necesidad de producción. Únete a un equipo en crecimiento dentro del sector automotriz.
