Training Program Coordination

Coordinate activities for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.Schedule training sessions and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable.Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).Monitor LMS usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics.Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS usage and functionality.

Talent Support

Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope.Support employees requests.Support the Talent teams with data and reporting.

Evaluation and Feedback

Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants.Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.

Compliance And Documentation

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development.Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates.Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.

Global Talent Solutions Coordinator - PageGroup SSC|PageGroup SSC

First experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organizational setting.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued.Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, various well-being activity options
