It is a unique opportunity to work in the development of groundbreaking products from the beginning and participate in the entire life cycle of the design, prototype and continuous improvement.

As a Sr. R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Jr. R&D engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve our immersion cooling technology.

Responsabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Jr. R&D engineers in the design, development, and improvement of our immersion cooling technology.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineering, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve our products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and processes that could be incorporated into our immersion cooling systems.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of R&D projects.
  • Plan and execute experiments, tests, and simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of our immersion cooling technology.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

To perform in this job, you'll likely have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in the field of thermal management or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or equivalent.
  • Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Fluency in English.
