  • Prepare and coordinate forecasts and monthly statistics, including reports.
  • Prepare financial forms.
  • Review financial reports ensuring that the reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the closing of the month, the preparation of journal entries and the reconciliation of the balance sheet in accordance with the financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare all other financial reports and analysis and perform other general and administrative functions that are necessary.
  • Prepare all endofyear reports, including fiscal reporting. Prepare monthly reports
  • Review the daily work of the accounting staff.
  • Manage the administration of all bank accounts, ensure that the bank resolutions are updated and prepare treasury reports.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
  • Experience with PMS Opera and/or Sun Systems (INFOR) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and basic knowledge of Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in hotels is a plus.
  • Very Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
