Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Business Advisory team in Madrid, ES.

This position will suit a highly motivated Junior Consultant to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.

Role accountabilities:
As a member of our Business Advisory (Development) team the tasks to be performed include:

• Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due diligences/project supervision in real estate transactions.
• Analysis of risks in the daytoday running of buildings.
• Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal nonconformities.
• Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide a high level of client service.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Master's degree in Architecture.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience (Background in consultancy is really valuable)
• Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
• Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
• Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
