Our newest AAA studio, 31st Union, is excited to expand to Spanish-speaking markets. We are on a mission to find a new team member who can elevate our standards and contribute to our continuous improvement.


Join Us as a Senior UI Artist at 31st Union

In this role, you will play a significant part in shaping the visual aspects that support game design and user experience. Collaborating with individuals from various disciplines such as design, art, and engineering, you will help create a captivating interactive experience that aligns with gameplay design and art direction. We strongly believe that a well-designed UI/UX enhances the overall gaming experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support UI/UX design needs following the project's artistic direction and game design principles
  • Create UX wireframes in collaboration with game design and art teams to visually portray design concepts
  • Conceptualize, iterate, and produce assets in coordination with Game & UX Designers throughout all development stages
  • Establish and maintain a consistent UI style guide with leads and key stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize UI asset creation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visuals
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and encourage professional growth
  • Research and adopt new tools and processes to enhance the quality of UI deliverables and streamline workflow

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable UI skills showcasing a deep understanding of interactive game UI requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and writing abilities
  • Experience with prototyping software (e.g., XD, Balsamiq, Axure)
  • Proficiency in production software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion Graphics
  • Knowledge of 3D is a plus
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in English
  • EU Citizenship required
