Refrigeration Specialist Opportunity

We are in search of a skilled Refrigeration Specialist responsible for delivering expert guidance and support to enhance the safety, performance, and maintenance of refrigeration systems across various sites. This role also involves fostering collaboration with partner teams to introduce cutting-edge refrigeration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote Monitoring: Utilizing advanced tools to monitor industrial refrigeration systems remotely.
• Alarm Management: Responding to system alarms promptly and implementing corrective actions.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify system performance trends and anomalies.
• Maintenance Coordination: Collaborating with onsite teams to schedule maintenance activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
• Maintenance Optimization: Developing best practices for maintenance.
• Technical Support: Assisting in complex troubleshooting and providing technical guidance.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulations and safety standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in industrial refrigeration systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration principles, equipment, and components.
• Proficiency in remote monitoring tools and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field. Or, an Apprenticeship in Refrigeration or similar.
• Food Safety Qualifications.
