JOBDESCRIPTION

Recruit,select and manage new partners worldwide. Develop and maintain relationshipswith key existing ones while ensuring growth in sales and revenue throughplanning, optimization, and implementation of sales plans.

CORE JOBFUNCTIONS:


•Maximizesales revenues, volume and product mix by achieving monthly, quarterly andyearly sales quotas.


•Accuratelyforecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.


•Developuniquely strategic business plans to generate revenue from new and existingpartners; analyzing trends and results.


•Implementand execute sales programs by developing sales action plans in conjunction withthe global strategy.

DETAILS OFJOB FUNCTIONS:


•Assist insales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in agreement with HQ.


•Directlyresponsible for lead generation and management to develop the market.


•Conductregular reviews of business performance and promotion strategies.


•Activelyand successfully manage the sales process; possessing drive, motivation andacute attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities for Panda Securityare identified and explored.


•Establishsales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions andterritories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and newcustomers.


•Developaccount strategies in accordance with overall transition to the channelstrategy; analyzing trends and results.


•Developaccount goals and business plan for SOHO, SMB, key accounts and Value Added Resellers.


•Ability topresent information and solutions in a professional manner.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:


•3-5 yearsof Business Dev activities.


•Experiencein managing establishing biz relation over the phone.


•Internationalexperience is a plus.


•Fluent English.


•ITinterests.
