Tareas¿Qué estamos buscando?
La figura del Customer Success tiene como objetivo motivar y ayudar a los alumnos B2B, para lograr que la experiência tanto de estos como del cliente sea lo más satisfactoria posible.
Es la cara visible de la escuela para los alumnos b2b y la persona de referencia siempre que necesitan ayuda.
También se relaciona con los equipos de RRHH de las diferentes cuentas, para que estén al tanto de este esfuerzo de acompañamiento, y para acordar las mejores iniciativas de dinamización de los alumnos.
Además sirve de refuerzo de los LSA/KAM en el trato con el cliente, con temas como cargas de alumnos, bajas o reuniones de seguimiento.
