Project Managers.
Funciones:
- Gestionar una cartera diversa de proyectos europeos e internacionales.
- Controlar costos elegibles, manejar extensiones de ejecución y preparar informes de justificación.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con los investigadores principales, socios del consorcio e instituciones/agencias de financiamiento.
- Supervisar la relación con auditores y supervisar proactivamente el proceso de auditoría.
- Actuar como intermediario entre la institución, el financiador, el personal de investigación, los coordinadores y las unidades de gestión para el monitoreo continuo de la subvención.
- Garantizar el estricto cumplimiento de las regulaciones y políticas de financiamiento a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Realizar pronósticos y análisis financieros para anticipar desafíos y optimizar la utilización de fondos.
- Identificar y abordar proactivamente posibles riesgos en la ejecución del proyecto, implementando estrategias efectivas de mitigación.
- Preparar y presentar informes exhaustivos a las agencias de financiamiento, detallando el progreso del proyecto, la utilización financiera y los hitos.
- Supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones.
- Implementar medidas de aseguramiento de calidad para mantener la integridad de la documentación postaward, informes y justificaciones financieras.

Project Manager desempeñará un papel crucial para garantizar la gestión exitosa postaward de los proyectos, contribuyendo a la ejecución correcta, eficiencia financiera y éxito general del proyecto. - Buscamos una persona empática y proactiva con fuertes cualidades organizativas, perseverantes, responsables y rigurosas. La capacidad de toma de decisiones, autonomía, hábitos de trabajo orientados al cliente y excelentes habilidades interpersonales y conciliadoras son esenciales para tener éxito en este rol.
Requisitos - En este rol será necesario:
- Al menos 2 años de experiência comprobada en gestión de proyectos dentro del panorama de financiamiento competitivo, especialmente con la Comisión Europea.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência previa en el sector biomédico y de ciencias de la vida.
- Conocimiento extenso de las regulaciones de investigación de programas europeos (Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020 y otros) y otros programas de financiamiento relevantes.
- Nível educativo requerido: Licenciatura en administración de empresas y gestión económica, o campo relacionado.
- Se considerará una ventaja la formación en gestión de proyectos de la UE.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidades organizativas, de planificación y analíticas.
- Orientación al detalle con un sentido de responsabilidad y actitud de aprendizaje constante.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas con énfasis en cumplir con los plazos.
- Autonomía demostrada y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
