Talent Management Specialist-Employee Experience

Overview Global Employee Experience program and related activities Global Development Programs execution Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities Global Employee Experience program and related activities (strategy, relationship model, Engagement and Life cycle surveys and programs e.g., onboarding program update and follow-up, recognition programs).Actions plans and follow up with the different stakeholders.
Support in the design, implementation and analysis of the employee surveys and related actions plansIdentification of the critical moments for the employees and action plansParticipate actively on the Global Development Programs executionSupport on Wellbeing programCo-design, implement and conduct development plans for high potential employees and talents.
Ad hoc support and advise to other People initiatives and projectsSupport Employer Branding and EVP initiatives Qualifications Requirements and personal skills 8+ years of broad HR experience, including 3 years of experience minimum in Employee experience and project managementBachelor's degree.
A master's degree in human resources is a plus.Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting organization-wide talent management process, projects, and programs.
Experience working in cross-functional, international, and multicultural environments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (specially with Excel and PowerPoint).Thorough understanding of Talent Management related processes, best practices, tools and of the applicable policies.

Proficient in English, as well as fluent in Spanish. Other languages will be an asset.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
