Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un perfil de
Customer Service para nuestras oficinas de Barcelona en el
dpto. Importación Marítima.
Para ello buscamos profesionales del sector logística, comercio internacional, negocio logístico/marítimo, con buen nível de inglés y ganas de desarrollar su carrera en nuestro sector.
Principales funciones:
- Customer Service (contacto directo con el cliente/proveedores).
- Instrucciones origen/oficina.
- Realización del booking, teniendo en cuenta contrato a utilizar, tratando de optimizar los contratos especiales existentes junto con procurement.
- Documentación derivada de las funciones.
- Gestiones con aduanas.
- Gestión de transporte.
- Facturación.
- Gestión de incidencias que puedan surgir.

Requisitos mínimos
- El perfil corresponde a una persona con formación en Negocios Marítimos, Comercio Internacional, Transporte Internacional o similar.
- Excel: nível alto
- Buen nível de Inglés (mín B2 demostrable)
- Persona proactiva y organizada, con habilidades comunicativas, orientación al cliente y atención al detalle, con facilidad para planificar y trabajar bajo presión.
