Associate Python Engineer - Trade Engine Team

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

The Role:


No prior work experience is required; we're looking for drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology and financial services.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of our transformative FX platform under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Participate in coding, testing, and deploying software updates to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Learn best practices in software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs and partake in the creation of innovative financial products.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or final year student with a strong interest in starting a career in software development and financial technologies.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, preferably in Python or other objectoriented languages.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a desire to work on challenging projects that require critical thinking.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and a readiness to embrace the dynamic environment of a hypergrowth company.
  • Since you will work side by side with colleagues from different countries, you will be able to communicate clearly and concisely your ideas in English, both written and spoken.
