We are now looking for aESaaS Contract Manager to join our team in
Madrid, Spain .
Your main responsibilities as a ESaaS Contract Manager will be:
- Follow the site audits up in collaboration with the project managers to deliver the required report to Telefónica and so knowing and limiting our responsabilities according to this;
- Manage the required scheduling to do the required PMVs on time, adapting as much as possible the predictive maintenance to this model and the documents to be used and shared;
- Adapt our activity of the best possible way to cover the Telefónica needs according to the RITE and RSIF updated requirements;
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors following Company Policies;
- Ensure all engineers and subcontractors debriefing information are properly collected internally and in the required customer tools;
- Assure the usage of the tools required by Telefónica to manage the works;
- Ensure total discipline in the use of the ERP system;
- Work together with EOC to adapt as much as possible the predictive maintenance to the Telefónica requirements, taking care of our efficiency and costs;
- Ensure reaching relevant KPI targets;
- Transfer leads to the sales team in case and assures liaisons with the accounting dept. in connection with invoicing procedures and with service sales team for dispatch to the customers, supplying service information (internally and to the customers);
- Follow and respect, in all its technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv, and those that are specific to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out. Work closely with Department Manager to assist with day to day operational duties;
- To know and to comply with the waste producer's requirements established by the current legislation, concerning the handling, transfer and storage of the wastes until their delivery to an authorized waste management company;
- As a User, comply with the Company's ITC policy.
What will your average day look like:
- Manage all the ESaaS contracts activity internally and with Telefónica;
- Adapt our activity to this special contract ́s requirements, taking care of : agreed SLAs, site reliability /service level, efficiency, costs to assure as much as possible the expected margin and ROI;
- Manage the required Service Agreements with technical subcontractors or other suppliers which could be required to achieve the correct service level;
- Search the continue improvement balancing service level and cost;
- Work together with other Supervisors and the EOC to assure the required service level in every activity;
- Work together with ESaaS project managers and sales to anticipate the operative needs for each site, getting the previous audit reports and advance according to this internally and with the customer;
- Constant activity checking to improve the efficiency and productivity of CEs and Subcontractors;
- Manage or support to others to manage some similar contract which could be required in the future;
- Assure the H&S aspects to work always under right conditions;
- Assure the execution of all the controls prescribed by I.T.C. Regulation for legal commerce of products (also HQ/SW), services, systems and technologies Vertiv in total or composed by parts produced in USA.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good knowledge about Thermal activity, even installation part;
- English at least at intermediate level;
- Good PC and Office package skills;
- Good knowledge of maintenance work;
- Ability to make and maintain professional relationships;
- Ability to develop and prepare presentations and reports.
- Technical Degree in industrial, electronic, electrical or similar;
- One year in similar position it is very appreciated, but not a must.
