We are currently looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join the pre-opening team of COYA Marbella.

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in highend brand
  • Preparation of food to brand specific standard and timings in line with the menu, to ensure no delay in the supply of items needed for service
  • To have working knowledge of food preparation, sanitisation principles, baking techniques and nutrition, including working with limitations such as allergies etc.
  • To consistently foster a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and all other departments
  • To have a complete understanding and comply with the Company policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
  • To be friendly, attentive and customer service focused.
  • It is essential to have a high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
