who in turn reports to the Head of GA AFC Remediation & Obligation Management based in Frankfurt and Chief Auditor for AFC based in New York.*Key
- ResponsibilitiesThe Principal Auditor is responsible for working with the AFC ROM PAM on the validation book of work including Obligations/Enforcement Actions and Group Audit Findings.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
Assess finding validations by conducting walkthroughs, identify risks and controls, prepare a test plan, and conclude if the finding was remediated (with some PAM supervision).Support the AFC ROM PAM by liaising with other Audit colleagues in GA AFC and 'Front-to-Back' audit teams to identify Obligations/Findings themes to ensure holistic and effective validation approach.
Support the AFC ROM PAM on regularly report on the status of the validations and timely escalate if required.Partner with relevant stakeholders (e.
G. AFC Delivery Assurance, Finding Owners)
to provide effective communication regarding the validations they own.
Keep abreast of regulatory and audit related developments in the industry and ensure effective communication to enhance regulatory knowledge throughout the wider GA team.
