FuncionesReporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Corporate Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance strategies globally across all company facilities.

This role will ensure operational efficiency, equipment availability, and optimization of maintenance resources across all Viscofan subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies globally to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all company facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and human resources required to meet established objectives.
  • Implement maintenance management systems and tools to improve efficiency and traceability of activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure effective integration of maintenance activities with operational processes.
  • Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and provide guidance and professional development as needed.
  • Stay informed about trends and technological advancements in the field of industrial maintenance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

RequisitosRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree in Maintenance Management or a similar area is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5of experience in maintenance management roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.
  • Deep knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, as well as applicable safety and quality regulations.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage largescale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
