Customer Communication Specialist

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Customer Communication Specialist. This role will work closely with our Customer Marketing leaders. We offer customized global career paths to have a real impact on our business and society.

This role will have a high impact on our Customer Communication transformational plan. This is a newly created position as Verisure is growing and building a cross-market team focused on Customer Communications to support our different markets. About the Role

The Customer Communication specialist will be responsible for:

Craft Compelling Communications: write engaging, accurate, and informative content tailored to our customer base, including emails, push notifications, and articles for web and app platforms, ensuring clarity and relevance. Define Communication Flows: take ownership of defining communication flows, consolidating requirements from various departments such as Commercial, Operations, and Legal, to ensure a cohesive and effective communication strategy. Oversee Visual Content Creation: support and supervise the creation of visual content, including images and videos, by defining requirements, writing video captions, and liaising with providers to maintain quality and consistency. Generate Innovative Campaign Ideas : develop creative and disruptive ideas for commercial campaigns, such as upsell campaigns or new product/service launches, to drive customer engagement and retention. Benchmark Best Practices: stay informed about best-in-class practices in customer communications, benchmarking against industry standards to continuously improve our communication efforts and enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with Customer Marketing Teams: collaborate closely with local Customer Marketing teams to implement new customer communication tools, such as email and push notification flows, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.

Experiences and qualifications

The role will be a great fit for someone who has:

2-5 Years of Content Creation Experience : demonstrated expertise in digital content creation. Creative Storytelling Skills : ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences, coupled with a strong commercial acumen to drive brand engagement and loyalty. Social Media Savvy : proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to amplify brand messaging, with a keen understanding of what captivates audiences and drives interaction. Project Management Abilities : Ccpable of managing multiple communications projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Continuous Learning Mindset : eagerness to stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital media to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborative Team Player : strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content strategies with broader business objectives. Intercultural Competence : strong intercultural skills to effectively collaborate with diverse markets across Europe and South America.

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain).
