La coordinación y buena gestión de todo lo que involucra a la administración del equipo va a ser tu prioridad, dedicarás gran parte de tu día a día a asegurarte que todo el control administrativo esté al día.
La motivación y el compromiso son nuestro motor, así que buscamos alguien que comparta esa pasión y entusiasmo por lo que hace.

Siendo una persona súper súper organizada, casi obsesiva con el orden y los datos. Tienes que tener muchas ganas de estar en un ambiente joven y caótico. Te imaginamos que te guste aprender nuevas herramientas y que aprendas de manera proactiva.
Y por último, esperamos que seas una persona espabilada y con carácter, tendrás que saber decir que no a las cosas.
Aprenderás a:
1. Planificar y coordinar los procedimientos y sistemas administrativos actuales._No perdemos de vista el detalle, así que todas las mejoras que se pueden hacer lo vemos fundamental._
2. Supervisar las operaciones de soporte diario y ejecutar los procedimientos administrativos._ Ser eficientes lo llevamos en la sangre y queremos tú también seas parte de ello_
3. Conciliar y gestionar cierres contables, presentación de cuentas anuales, liquidación de impuestos trimestrales y anuales _No perdemos de vista cada detalle, así que vas a ser responsable que toda la información la tengamos fresca y al día._
4.
Dar soporte a todo lo relacionado con "Talent Administration":
administrar nóminas y bases de datos de las personas que forman parte del equipo. _Confiamos en que vas a garantizar que todos los procedimientos diarios se desarrollen sin problema_
5. Elaborar informes, trámites de gastos de oficina y control de pagos va a ser parte de tu día a día. _Como te hemos dicho nos gustan los cambios, así que las propuestas e ideas creativas son bienvenidas._
_ 6. Participar__ activamente en la estrategia financiera de toda la empresa, estarás al tsanto de todos los procesos relacionados a las finanzas del equipo, aquí necesitamos tu conocimiento y proactividad para aportar nuevas ideas.- Para ser un crack en este rol debes de tener excelentes habilidades de organización junto con la capacidad de priorizar tareas y cumplir con los plazos establecidos. _Creemos en ti Serás una pieza clave en el día a día de Ucademy._
Requisitos:
Estar disponible jornada completa y abierto a la modalidad presencial.
Estamos en Madrid y nos gusta aprender y convivir con todo el equipo, No te preocupes también tendrás días disponibles para hacer teletrabajo.
Como diríamos aquí "la actitud no es negociable", que tengas proactividad es indispensable.
Que la motivación y el buen rollo sean parte de tu ADN, que vengas a disfrutar y te adaptes a los cambios (y el caos) que tenemos en el día a día.
