What you will do:


Your mission as an Incident Response Coordinator is to manage the necessary communication associated to any significant IT service degradation event.


As the event happens, you will coordinate with our IT teams to collect status updates and provide those through multiple channels to customers and colleagues as per SLA cadence.

You will help develop the best recommendable processes and team structure to guarantee the availability of communication 24-7.


You will manage Post Mortem communication and internal documentation, including Public Holding Statements and RCAs - proficiency in English is a must.


You will also document as part of our post incident Problem Management process, the lessons-learned and follow up on agreed corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence.

As an Incident Response Coordinator, you will have a direct impact on Customer Experience.

Who you are:

  • 1+ years experience in an Incident Manager or similar support function for a Fintech / High Availability SW Company.
  • You are innovative, with strong multitasking capabilities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly and empathetically;
  • You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
  • Comfortable leading meetings with Clevel contact escalations.
  • You love to provide assistance to others, and to be regarded as a communication expert
  • You love to learn new things, be it product, technology or process and are quickly able to adapt them into your workflows
