Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is seeking a Program Manager to join the Operations Excellence Experts team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational defects to pinpoint root causes for financial deductions and collaborate with vendors on action plans.
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations with vendors for sustainable results.
  • Foster relationships across different functions within vendor organizations.
  • Lead Kaizen workshops, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance service quality and productivity.
  • Travel within the EU as needed.

A Day in the Life:

As an Operations Excellence Expert PM, you will oversee a portfolio of Retail Vendors like Bosch and Philips, evaluating supply chain processes, identifying improvement opportunities, guiding efforts, and driving scalable process enhancements.

About the Team:

The AVS team crafts programs to boost vendors on Amazon, including the AVS Operations Excellence Expert Service, tailored to aid Retail vendors encountering supply chain defects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • 3-5 years in supply chain processes
  • Experience managing relationships
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in continuous improvement and project management
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in an additional European language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective planning and time-management skills
