Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating, documenting, and overseeing a range of television development and production agreements.
  • Handling paperwork and legal processes, advising internal stakeholders, managing projects, and ensuring contract and guild compliance.
  • Assisting with legal operations, process enhancements, and providing client training.

We are considering candidates for roles in Madrid, Milan, and more with 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal. Experience in managing third-party contractual relationships is a must, along with exceptional communication skills, a Bachelor's degree, and previous in-house legal experience. Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects under pressure are crucial.
