Buscamos un/a Tax Compliance Officer para incorporarse al Departamento Fiscal, reportando al Director Fiscal del Grupo.

Liderarás los asuntos de cumplimiento fiscal de Desigual en España y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el Departamento Financiero en todos los asuntos de cumplimiento fiscal de las empresas del Grupo Desigual.

4-day work-week: trabajamos 34 horas dentro de una semana laboral de 4 días para potenciar la creatividad y la conciliación.

Además, contamos con flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida.

Coordinación, supervisión y revisión de la preparación de las declaraciones tributarias recurrentes de las entidades españolas del Grupo, que son elaboradas por un proveedor externo de Tax Compliance.

Enfoque prioritario en tributación indirecta (Intrastat, declaraciones de OSS y declaraciones de IVA).

Gestionar la relación con los asesores de Tax Compliance; Visión del cierre fiscal del Grupo consolidado español (ajustes de base imponible, deducciones, etc.) y participación en la preparación de la documentación soporte de los incentivos fiscales aplicados.

Supervisión y coordinación de la confección de las declaraciones del Impuesto sobre Sociedades (ISC) de las entidades españolas (tanto individuales como consolidadas); Gestión de los impuestos locales (principalmente, el Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas en relación con la apertura, cierre y traslado de nuestras tiendas); Otras funciones inherentes al puesto de trabajo (asesoramiento a otras áreas, auditorías tributarias, revisión de implicaciones de tax Compliance en nuevos canales de venta, etc.).


Optimización y digitalización del Tax Compliance :

Ayudar en la identificación de mejoras en los procesos del sistema y liderar su implementación, armonizando los procedimientos y mejorando la calidad general del cumplimiento tributario.

Participación activa en el desarrollo de nuevas soluciones tecnológicas para la digitalización de la función fiscal del Grupo. Graduado en ciencias Económicas, Derecho o ramas financieras en general. Tener un master o postgrado en Tributación es una ventaja. Experiencia de al menos 3-4 años de ejercicio profesional en empresas multinacionales o despachos fiscales. Experiencia en impuestos corporativos e impuestos indirectos. Conocimientos sobre Contabilidad Fiscal Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en SAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
