Estamos buscando a una persona con experiencia para unirse al equipo de Ingeniería de Diseño. El equipo de Ingeniería de Diseño es responsable del más alto nivel de pulido, creatividad e interacción.

Trabajarás en todo el producto de Vidext, creando la experiencia de nuestra plataforma. Liderarás iniciativas de diseño y crearás soluciones innovadoras y basadas en sistemas.

Los diseñadores tienen una amplia licencia creativa y la libertad de crear y liderar nuevos proyectos impulsados por el diseño. Si eres alguien que se entusiasma con la posibilidad del desarrollo creativo, descubrir ideas para impulsar la conversión, mejorar la experiencia del usuario, experimentar y personalizar, este podría ser el puesto ideal para ti.

¿Cuáles serán tus misiones?

  • Contribuirás al proceso de diseño recopilando requisitos, planificando e ideando desde el inicio de un proyecto.
  • Demostrarás un entendimiento del flujo de trabajo de desarrollo, cómo optimizar procesos e involucrar a otros interesados.
  • Ayudarás a liderar la hoja de ruta técnica del producto, defendiendo mejoras iterativas en el rendimiento, la accesibilidad y la usabilidad.
  • Ayudarás a crecer al equipo y elevar el diseño dentro de la empresa.


Requisitos:

El perfil que buscamos:

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia.
  • Experiencia trabajando en o con empresas B2B SaaS.
  • Habilidades y comprensión en diseño gráfico (diseño de página, tipografía, color, ilustración).
  • Excelente comprensión de , plataformas de análisis como Heap y herramientas de diseño como Figma.
  • Habilidades de programación sólidas, experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones y excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
