About the role:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for our Bridge system, a cloud-based Noah integrator integrated with practice management software tailored for the audiology industry.
Bridge provides hearing care providers with the capability to store client and audiological data securely online, allowing remote access to this information.
What will you do:
- Collaborate closely with product customers and users
- Manage stakeholder's expectations customers, business owners, commercial team etc, regularly communicate about product updates
- Define and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer needs with business priorities
- Make sure the team understands the customer's need behind the requirements
- Set up, communicate release goals & assist in sprint goals, ensure the features are properly sliced and can be delivered
- Make sure the team understands the customer's need behind the requirements
- Provide feedback from the customer/or commercial team regarding product usage
- Document and maintain requirements in form of user stories, use cases, diagrams, etc.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in the position of product owner / business analyst
- Handson experience in gathering requirements, writing detailed functional/technical requirements specifications in different formats
- Clear focus on customer needs to deliver value to the customers
- Experience with and/or strong understanding of CRM / ERP platforms, cloudbased SaaS solutions
- Experience in product life cycle management
- Experience working with agile methods
- Relevant education such as: MsC, BsC, or similar
Would be a plus:
- Previous technical background as a SW/QA Engineer
You are:
- Data driven, analytical and result oriented
- Persuasive in both writing and verbally, have strong communication skills
- Have advanced spoken and written English skills
