Tareas y responsabilidades:

La posición estará centrada en el área de Property Management, donde hay una alta necesidad de automatización y mejora de procesos, generación de reporting digital e ingesta de datos internos y externos.

Se tendrá un doble reporting con el área de D&T, integrado completamente en ambos departamentos.

Se busca perfil con 1-2 años de experiencia en :

  • Integración de distintas fuentes de datos y sistemas para tratamiento de bases de datos.
  • Recopilación de requerimientos con negocio.
  • Desarrollo E2E de proyectos digitales.
  • Soporte y resolución de incidencias. Proporcionar asistencia a los usuarios en la automatización de procesos.
  • Detectar ineficiencias, optimizar procesos digitales y de negocio y proponer mejoras en sistemas, aplicaciones y procedimientos ya existentes. Mejora continua.
  • Consolidación, enriquecimiento y mejora continua del DWH corporativo, procesos ETL, gestión de los distintos entornos y preparación de outputs a usar por los distintos aplicativos de reporting y productos digitales

Buscamos una persona que cumpla los siguientes requisitos :

  • Conocimientos imprescindibles:
  • Titulación superior, preferiblemente Ingeniería informático o de industriales, telecomunicaciones, matemáticas, física o estadística.
  • 1 - 2 años de experiencia demostrable en puesto de responsabilidad similar.
  • Amplios conocimientos y experiencia en:

Programación:


• SQL Server, SSAS, Ampliación Cubos OLAP.


• Python, PySpark/Spark, Visual Studio, Github, APIs y Web Services.


• Desarrollo de ETLs, consultas y creación de reportes.

Data Quality y modelado de datos.

Conocimiento muy alto lenguaje SQL.

  • Nivel de inglés alto, hablado y escrito
  • Conocimientos valorados, pero no imprescindibles:
  • Automatización de procesos (pe: RPA, Microsoft Power Automate...).
  • Nivel avanzado de Office.
  • Arquitectura de sistemas orientados a datos (DWH, Datamart, API REST)
  • Infraestructura Cloud AWS o similares (Kubernetes, EKS, VPCs, subnets, EC2, S3...).
  • Aptitudes:

o Alta capacidad analítica.

o Iniciativa y autonomía en su desempeño.

o Enfocado a objetivos.

o Persona organizada y responsable.

o Gestión de proyectos.

o Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar y global.
