Estamos buscando para su departamento de IT a un
IT Project Systems

Reportando al Director de IT las
funciones son:

  • Coordinar y liderar proyectos interdepartamentales para la implantación de nuevas herramientas digitales o mejoras de las existentes de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la organización, gestionando los diferentes actores que participan en ellos (usuarios claves, usuarios finales, sponsors, proveedores de las aplicaciones y servicios TIC).
  • Gestión de usuarios y permisos de acceso en las diferentes plataformas de la Compañía (ERP, CRM, Office 365, sistemas de reporte, file server,). Formación a los usuarios en el uso de las aplicaciones y resolver las incidencias y/o dudas en su uso.
  • Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento evolutivo y preventivo de las aplicaciones de la Compañía (ERP, CRM, sistemas de reporte,) proponiendo mejoras y cambios en los mismos, además de gestionar su implantación en coordinación, cuando se requiera, con los proveedores de las aplicaciones.
  • Apoyo a la preparación de reportes y desarrollo de cuadros de mando (Excel, Power BI).
  • Identificar la mejora de procesos de la compañía y la propuesta de nuevos sistemas que permitan mejora en la eficiencia. Esto incluye documentar los procesos y los manuales de usuario.

Mantenimiento de sistemas y soporte al usuario para:

  • Resolver las incidencias relativas al acceso y disponibilidad de los sistemas (puestos de trabajo -PCs, impresoras, Tablets,., servidores en Cloud, redes -LAN, WAN, wifi-, MDM).
  • Gestionar el despliegue de equipos de usuario y configuración de acceso remoto (MDM). Administración de las redes de comunicaciones (LAN, WAN, wifi).
  • Gestionar la seguridad de los sistemas (antivirus, copias de respaldo, identificación vulnerabilidades, plan contingencia).
  • Participar en la propuesta de cambios tecnológicos y en aplicaciones que mejoren la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios de la compañía.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de proveedores.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación Universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas o campo relacionado, y alternativamente Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Informática.
  • Experiência 3 a 5 años gestionando la implantación de Proyectos IT y el mantenimiento y administración de sistemas en consultoría o empresa final.
  • Experiência en gestión de proyectos IT (toma de requerimientos, planificación, seguimiento y reportes de avance, formación a usuario).
  • Experiência en implantación, administración, gestión de incidencias y nuevas peticiones, propuesta de mejoras y mantenimiento de ERP y CRM, especialmente en herramientas en el ámbito de gestión de personal, nóminas, contabilidad y facturación.
  • Experiência en desarrollo queries SQL server y reportes en Power BI.
  • Herramientas Office 365 Administration, MS Office (Word, Excel nível avanzado, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project), Microsoft Teams y Sharepoint.
  • Desarrollo de proyectos de mejora de procesos (toma de requerimientos de usuario, propuestas de mejora, documentación de procesos y de manuales de usuario).

Se valorará conocimientos/experiência en:

  • Gestión de infraestructura de servidores Windows y redes IP (LAN/WAN/VPN). Configuración de routers, switch y puntos de acceso inalámbrico.
  • Gestión de usuarios (alta, baja, modificación) en Active Directory, MDM y Terminal Server.
  • Configuración, administración y mantenimiento SQL server.
  • Actitud proactiva. Autónomo con orientación al cliente interno (capacidad escucha, trato con distintos níveles de la organización) y dar el mejor servicio al usuario.
